Le.comDo You Believe Stress affect Health?


In My Opinion, Stress and Health are very closely related. The Effects of Stress on Health can be both Direct and Indirect. When a person is stressed out, their body has to work much harder. When the body has to Work harder it becomes more susceptible to sickness. Stress also can lead to raised Blood pressure, among other problems.    

Stress also exists at workplace. Workplace stress is harmful for physical and emotional responses that occur when there is dissatisfactory match between job demands and the capabilities, resources or needs of the worker. A variety of factors contribute to workplace stress such as negative workload, isolation, extensive hours worked, toxic work environment.
There is a variety of reasons, causes stress and tensions at workplace-
1.       1. Job Insecurity                            
2. High demand for performance
3. Technology advancements 
4. Personal problems

To reduce tensions and stress in your life, there are so many ways:
1-             Meditate.
2-             A Picture yourself.
3-             Breathe Deeply.
4-              Deeply around you.
5-             Take a time out.
6-             Focus on what you can do.
7-             Laughter.
8-             Get a massage.
9-             Talk slowly.
10-      Try  a musical detour.

  1. Everyone is affected by stress. In your life you have to accept stress when you are dealing with various matters. Stress is totally unavoidable.

    Agreed these days Stress is main cause for Sickness..

    1. Kapil Tomar: very beautifuly explained ...i also do agree with this point that little amount of stress helps in performing the task but if it is increasing in nature then it could be dangerous!!!
